Terms and Conditions
We are confident that our terms and conditions are straightforward, however
if you would like to talk to us then please just call, we will be happy
to discuss any questions you may have.
Making a Booking
We will confirm in writing for each booking made, all details that allow
us to complete your journey. We will advise you of your chauffeurs contact
number, their name and the vehicle / registration number that you will
travel in. Your personal details are only retained to allow us to perform
the services booked and are not passed to any third parties.
The confirmation document should be carefully checked by the customer
to ensure that all details are correctly shown. Any errors identified
or amendments required must be advised immediately to Storm Executive
Cars as these details form the instruction for the chauffeur collecting
you.
Payment
A deposit may be requested to secure your booking, we will always advise
when this would be applicable eg weddings booked months in advance.
Any balance of payment will be required to be settled on or before the
day of travel.
If payment is made by credit card a 2% surcharge will be added to cover
the processing costs. There is no charge for debit cards, cheques or cash.
Any payments due that are not settled in full will result in the job
being cancelled, without any refund being made.
Providing the Service
We will always endeavour to get you and your party to your chosen destination
on time, however if circumstances outside of our control i.e. road or
weather conditions prevail we cannot be held responsible for delays or
its consequences.
Our chauffeurs will not exceed speed limits to make up for lost time as
your safety is our utmost priority.
Our vehicles are licensed and insured only for our chauffeurs to drive.
Our vehicles are all non smoking and presented to a high standard to
ensure your satisfaction whilst travelling with us.
Passengers behaviour and conduct
Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse to carry any passengers who
they believe may be unfit to travel, this is for the safety of all other
occupants travelling.
If a hire is terminated early due to the behaviour or the lack of fitness
of a passenger to travel, then no monies will be returned as it will be
deemed that the customer has effectively ended the hire at their choice.
Any damage caused to vehicle will be charged to the person making the
booking, this will include any costs arising from the need to clean the
vehicle.
Cancellation Policy
Any job may be cancelled without penalty as long as it is received by
us in writing a minimum of 72hrs before the journey date. Upon your advice
being received we will confirm its receipt and arrange the return of any
deposit or monies paid.
Any job cancelled within 72hrs of the journey date will result in a charge
of 25% of the total quoted job price invoiced to the customer, this may
be reduced if a replacement booking is made at the same time.
Complaints
If you feel that any part of the service you have experienced has fallen
below the standards expected we would appreciate your feedback so that
we may discuss with you any concerns.
If you feel that you wish to complain then please write to us clearly
stating what the issues are. We will promptly acknowledge the receipt
of your complaint and will look to resolve any matters within 14days from
receipt.
